Details you share
We collect your name, 10-digit phone number, email address, city or state, whether you are a patient or doctor, and a doctor's specialty. We also record signup time, signup order, indicative doctor pricing, and your email preference. This waitlist does not ask for medical records or collect payment information.
How we use them
We use these details to maintain the early-access list, understand interest by location and specialty, manage doctor signup order, and plan the launch. If you choose email updates, we may email you about FemmConnect early access and launch news. Indicative doctor pricing measures interest only; no money is collected or automatically charged.
Access and storage
Details are stored on secure cloud servers. Private exports are restricted to people with the private export key. We use service providers to operate this site and, if enabled in future, deliver opted-in emails. We do not publish your contact details or sell the waitlist. Keep private export files and unsubscribe links confidential.
Your email choices
Email updates are optional. Leave the email-updates box unchecked when joining to opt out. Existing signups are opted out unless consent is recorded. Future update emails must include your personal unsubscribe link. Using it stops future update emails for that signup but does not remove your waitlist entry. If you joined in both roles, unsubscribe from each signup separately.
Unsubscribe from emailsRetention and requests
We retain waitlist details while they are needed for early-access planning and follow-up, subject to legal obligations. For a correction, deletion, or email opt-out request, contact femmconnect@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request before changing or removing details.
Site operation and changes
Hosting providers may process technical information needed to serve and protect the site. This policy covers the waitlist, not any future clinical service. We will update this page if our use of details changes.
