Telemedicine Disclaimer

FemmConnect follows the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 (MoHFW / MCI). Teleconsultation has inherent limitations — the doctor cannot physically examine you, and some conditions require in-person evaluation.

When in-person visit is required

Your doctor may recommend an in-person visit at any time. Please follow that recommendation promptly. If you feel your condition is worsening, seek in-person care.

Prescription rules

• Narcotics, Schedule X, and high-abuse psychotropics cannot be teleprescribed.
• Certain medicines (List A) require a video consultation for first-time prescription; follow-ups may use any consult type.
• All prescriptions must be issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
