Eligibility

Patient accounts are limited to women (18+). Doctors must be Registered Medical Practitioners in India.

Not an emergency service

FemmConnect is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

Doctor–patient relationship

Consultations are between you and the treating doctor. FemmConnect is a technology platform and does not practise medicine.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay in INR. Refund policy is displayed at booking.

Prohibited use

Do not request prescriptions for narcotics, Schedule X, or high-abuse psychotropic drugs — these are blocked by the platform.
